Height of the Box = 13cm
Length of the Bos = 34.3cm
Width of the box = 23.5cm 


Step 1 


23.5² + 34.3² 
= 1728.74 
H² = 1728.74
H = 41.6cm 
The longest object that can fit in the box is 41.6 cm. 





Step 2 
13² + 41.6²
= 1899.56
H² = 1899.56
H = 43.6 cm 

The length of the line in green is 43.6 cm.

    Great to see your working for the longest possible object in the box. Unfortunately I can't see your images. I suggest you take a screenshot and add to your blog instead of copy and paste. See if that makes them visible.
